Raw Material
Fiber desiccant is made from plant fiber paper, through several processes such as immersion, drying, film coating, and cutting. Its shape can be customized arbitrarily, with smaller volume, high moisture absorption rate (70%-100%) and adjustable absorption rate, no risk of bag breakage, and natural environmental protection.
Composition and content: plant fiber >90%; polymer 0.5~5%; calcium salt and sodium salt 3.0~10.0% .
Properties: moisture content <10%; Saturated hygroscopicity >70%.

Features
The fiber desiccant is made from plant fiber paper, which can be degraded naturally and is an environmentally friendly desiccant. High moisture absorption rate, the saturated moisture absorption rate can reach more than 100% of its own weight, which is three times that of silica gel desiccant. The shape is like cardboard, the volume is small, and it does not take up space in use; The color PET film is beautiful and generous.
Disadvantages: Compared with common silica gel desiccant, the disadvantage is that it will be limited by the size (the maximum size is 600×300×1 mm). It cannot be packaged as large as the silica gel desiccant; the price is more expensive than the silica gel desiccant.

Application
Fiber desiccant is widely used in medicine, health food, biological reagents, high-grade paper, food, IC circuit boards, electronic products, cultural relics, calligraphy and painting, optoelectronic product, book archives and other fields.
