Raw materials

Montmorillonite Clay desiccant is selected from natural montmorillonite ore after mining, high temperature heating, organic matter carbonization, montmorillonite ore body expansion, steam treatment, drying, activation, crushing and screening. It is a natural, non-toxic, harmless, degradable, healthy and green desiccant that does not contain any additives and corrosive substances. The product conforms to the US military standard MIL-D-3464E and the Chinese military standard GJB2714-96.

1)The raw material is safe. It is made of montmorillonite clay, without additives and soluble substances. It is a non-corrosive, non-toxic and pollution-free green environmental protection product. 2) It has strong moisture absorption activity, the saturated moisture absorption rate is over 50% of its own weight, and the moisture absorption rate can reach over 18%. 3) It has excellent compatibility and can play a role in various temperature environments, and not limited by the working environment. 4) High bulk density (bulk density > 980g/L), high moisture absorption per unit volume, and montmorillonite occupies a smaller volume than other desiccants of the same weight. 5) Montmorillonite clay desiccant is a new type of environmental protection moisture-proof product, 100% degradable and will not affect the ecological environment. 6) Cost-effective, montmorillonite clay desiccant has the same excellent performance and lower price than other traditional desiccants.

Packaging Material

Using DuPont paper (Tyvek) as the packaging material, it has high strength, light weight, toughness and tear resistance. It has the characteristics of strong air permeability, no re-seepage, moisture-proof, anti-static, and dust-proof. It is non-toxic and harmless, neutral and not moldy. After complete combustion, only carbon dioxide and water vapor are left, which is a good environmental protection product. It does not work for most acids and alkalis.
